Penne Rigate on Griddle

This is a good dish for familly, or your friends...
- 500 gē Penne Rigate
- 125 g Pancetta
- 200 g Mozzarella
- Parmesan cheese
- Salt & Pepper
- Extravirgin oliva oil
- A good amount of basil chopped
Put the pasta into pot of water, add salt and cook \"al dente\".
Squeezing pasta and put in griddle, seasoning with salt and pepper. Add pancetta, mozzarella, basil nice chopped, parmesan cheese, extravirgin oliva oil and cook into oven for aboute 15 minute at 200\'C.
When it\'s finish, don\'t stay, don\'t say nothing, just serve...
