we boil our pasta and we have already in a hot pan our mushrooms with enough oil ,so that they want get burnt or dry!!!after 10 minutes we add half of the wine and our spices ..a pinch of origano and allmost a spoon of paprika ,salt an pepper.. you must check the mushrooms so that they wan\\\'t get burnt .. we add the milch the orange juice and the paprikas and we mix it all up jently (the paprikas don\\\'t need a lot of time ,cause they\\\'ll loose their vitamines),then also the creme cheese and the rest of the wine an after we have it all mixed up we taste our sauce to see if there is anything missing!! if you want to have a strong flavour you add a little more paprika or origano !!! we mix our pasta with the sauce in our hot pan and at last we add a few leaves of basil and we serve our pasta with a lot of parmesan or \\\"graviera\\\" a glass of white wine and Bon Appetit!!!:)

looks so grate~
Do you mean peppers rather than paprika which we would see as being a spice?
I don't want to offend you but I tried this recipe and it really tasted like soap... <br /> There's way too much orange juice in it, in my opinion.
I am a huge fan of all your recipes
