Ingredients
500 g penne
8 chicken wings
a good handfull of oliva
two stick of rosemary
thyme
1 chili
4 cloves of garlic
zest from 1/2 lemon
parmesan cheese
extravirgin oliva oil
1 tbsp butter
1 glass withe wine
salt and pepper
1 glass chicken stock
Method
Preheat oven at 200\'C.
Season chicken wings with salt and pepper.
Heat a saucepan with oliva oil and 1 tbsp butter. Add chicken wing and cook at medium flame for aboute 10 minutes. Add wine and let to cook till alcohol is evaporation, then add chicken stock.
Add rosemary and thyme, cover saucepan with lid and put on oven for aboute 30-35 minutes.
Boilet penne in water with salt, al dente.
After time is finish bring the saucepan from oven and take out chicken wings. Let on medium flame saucepan.
Clean wings from bones, chopped and add to the saucepan. Add chili, oliva, penne and cook a few minutes.
Add lemon zest, parmesan cheese and sprinkle with extravirgin oliva oil.
