200 g penne
1 tuna fish tin
2-3 big tomatoes, peeled and chopped
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 cloves garlic , finely chopped
salt and pepper
extravirgin oliva oil
Boilet pasta al dentei n hot water with salt.
Heat a pan with oliva oil, add onion and garlic, cook on medium heat. Add chili, finely chopped then tuna fish and cook a few minutes. Now you can add tomatoes. Season with salt, pepper and oregano. Keep to cook until is like a cream then add pasta. Mix very well then ready.
Serve with parmesan cheese, sprinkle extravirgin oliva oil and a few basil leaf.
