I was given this Picadillo recipe by a dear Cuban expat friend of mine. As normal, I would take recipe and try to make it my own without disrespecting the originals. The taste of the spiced up beef, the sweet pumpkin with the sweet natural juice topped with the milky bodied taste of the cheese is divine. It feels like a sunny summers day in Catalunya Spain whilst watching the F1 race. Please have a go! Happy days!
