Pinarillo

Ingredients
1 or 1 ½ packet of biscuit (I used chocolate chip cookies)

1 packet of vanilla pudding mix

1 table spoon of corn starch

½ cup water

2 table spoon of cocoa

¼ cup sugar

1 teas spoon of butter

Method
Crush biscuits largely. Cook pudding mix as it is written on the packet. But be sure it is not too thick or soft. Pour some pudding into the cup you are using and add biscuit. Then pour pudding again. Try to be quick so that the pudding doesn’t get cold. When you finished let them cool. Mix corn starch, water, cocoa and sugar in a sauce pan. When it starts to get thick turn of the heat and add butter. Then add this mixture on top of the puddings. Serve cold.

This is the easiest dessert ever... Also you can use fruits and fruit juice instead of cocoa.

cheers
