Spicy Fruit Salsa great as a dip or a topper for pork tamale, chicken, fish or pork
1/2 bunch Cilantro/Coriander
1/2 Red Onion
1 Lime juiced
2 Serrano Pepper
1 Habanero Pepper
Peel and core Pineapple. Peel and seed mangos. Seed peppers to reduce heat in salsa. Rough chop pineapple, mango and onion. Mince peppers and cilantro combine with fruit and add Lime juice.
Serve with lightly salted corn chips (Tostitos) or
Over Tamales or
as a topper for grilled chicken, fish or pork.
