Pink Cauliflower in Taiwanese cooking style

1)One Cauliflower in pieces
2)Ten Mushrooms in pieces
3)Tree Tomatoes in slices
4)A few of Gingers in strip
5)A little of Salt
6)Three Tspoon of Olive Oil
7)A little of potato power
1) Heat the Olive Oil in wok and fry a few of Gingers in Strip, then put Slices of Tomatoes and salt in wok and fry it to be melted.
2) Put mushrooms and Cauliflower in wok frying with the tomatoes and add some hot water(50ml), then you need a cover to steam this dish until the cauliflower cooked in flesh and creamy. Don't overcook it, please.
3)Add a little of potato powder mix with cold water into the dish. You will fine the stick sauce covering the Cauliflower....that's why I name it "Pink Cauliflower".
