Pizza Margherita (Italian style!)

1 kg all-purpose flour
250 ml milk
250 ml water
50 gr fresh beer yeast (or 14 gr baking powder for pizza)
2 teaspoon salt
600 gr mozzarella cheese
500 gr tomato sauce
4 tablespoon extravirgin olive oil
Combine all dough ingredients in large bowl (be sure that salt doesn't touch yeast).
Knead dough 5 minutes, till it will be soft and mixed.
Shape dough into ball and let it "sleep" covered by large bowl three hours.
Divide in half (or six) and roll out each half on baking pan.
Mix tomato sauce and oil, then add it on the top of each pizza dough.
Add chopped mozzarella cheese on the top.
Heat oven to 250/270įC or more.
Wait 20 minutes, then bake pizza till mozzarella cheese will be dissolved (less than 10 minutes).
Now it's ready to eat!
If you want, you can add your favourite food on the top (ham, sausages, mushrooms, vegetables, etc) just before putting mozzarella cheese.
