Pizza Pasta Salad with Everything

Ingredients

Corkscrew colored pasta

Salami slices

green & red bell pepper

yellow or white or sweet onion

black olives

fresh mushrooms or canned pieces & stems

grated Motzerella (sp?) cheese

favorite bottled Italian salad dressing or make your own

Parmesan to taste

Anchovies if you like them

Pepperoni if you like it

Method
Boil, drain and cool multicolored rotini pasta.
Slice salami slices lengthwise so you have thin salami sticks.
Clean, seed and slice red and green bell peppers so you have sticks about the same size as salami sticks.
Slice raw onions (yellow, red, white or sweet - your preference) and then quarter slices.
Drain and can of black olive and crush in your hand so they will mix with other stuff easier.
Slice fresh mushrooms or get canned pieces & stems mushrooms and mix in.
Grate on medium size grater the pizza cheese (Motzerella - can't spell) so cheese is about same size as salami sticks.
Add artichoke hearts, anchovies, pepperoni or anything else you like on your pizza, keeping in mind it should all be about the same size as the salami sticks.
Add favorite bottled Italian salad dressing or make your own.
Mix thoroughly with your hands :)
Add grated Parmesan cheese and stir with a stick so parmesan stay in the salad and doesn't get all over your hands.
All amounts of ingredients are to taste and preference and depending on how many you want to serve. ENJOY:wave:
