500 g mashed tomatoes (or cooked)
Bunch of green basil (very important).
5 teeth of garlic
2 tbl.spē cold-pressed olive oil
Spray of fresh rosemary
On hot saucepan pour olive oil, put the chopped finely garlic and rosemary, after a couple of minutes put torn basil, and after a minute tomatos. Turn heat to medium and mix 5 minutes, then turn heat to minimum, cover and simmer for ten minutes. Then remove from heat, stir well and pour in a deep bowl. When the sauce becomes warm, can be applied to the dough.
