  • Pizza dough and sauce (see recipes links)
  • Canned tuna in own juice.
  • Red onion
  • Cheese, Mozzarella, Parmesan,Maasdam
  • Olives, anchovies
  • A handful of capers
  • Fresh rucola
  • Fresh tomato
  • Olive oil
Roll dough thickness of 5 mm and diameter of 30 cm. Align the edges using flat plate of the diameter. Put the dough on paper, to bars and send in the oven, heated to 180C for 2 minutes. This is to avoid overdry gentle stuffing of tuna and bring the dough ready.

Remove the dough from the oven, sprinkle the prepared sauce and evenly spread stuffing. Tuna mash with a fork along with juice, half olives, capers, semirings of onions, pieces of fresh tomatoes, also pieces maazdam & mozzrella. Edge (10mm) of dough blank to get a crisp crust.

Send pizza back into the oven for another 5-6 minutes. Ready-made pizza out of the oven, immediately sprinkle with rucola, grated parmesan, lightly with olive oil, pepper and bring to the table.
