Pizza dough

Ingredients
300 gr• strong flour for two small pizze
8 gr.dry yeast
1 teaspoon sugar
2 tablespoon olive oil
salt
lukewarm water

Method
Mix the first 3 ingredients together, then add the oil and the salt.Carefully mix in the water, paying attention not to be too warm. The dough must come out very soft and a little bit sticky, not too much though. It is impossible to give exactly the quantity of the water because the flour reacts to many factors such as weather, humidity and so on. So you have to put the water little by little and try, after a few attempts,it wiil be easy to reach the right consistency..Vigorously knead the dough, for about 10 minutes, the longer you knead it the better your pizza will come out. After this put your dough in a bowl and cover it to keep it warm and protected.Sometimes I switch on my oven at the minimum and ONLY when it has reached the temperature and I have switched it off,I put my dough inside.Let it stay for one hour and 1/2 to 2 hours. After this time has passed. You oil with a brush your flat oven dish ,take the dought and spread it on the dish with your hands, pressing it around. At this moment you can add on top, whatever ingredients you like. Rimember to put a few
drops of oil on top of ingredients. Bake it at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes.

I've wanted to learn to make dough for a long time....
We like a thin dough and this recipe is just right.
I use it to make roti type breads which my son just loves!
