Two young chicken for 400-500 g
Potatoes 10-12 PCs.
White onion 2 PCs.
Head of garlic
Spices (salt, black pepper, paprika, curry powder, thyme, Basil)
Greens of dill and coriander
Good olive oil (Tuscany)
Take TBL.SP. of salt and paprika and TEE.SP. pepper, curry and dry herbs. All mix thoroughly and straight on the surface. Rinse the chickens, pat dry with paper towel, coat with olive oil , and roll in dry spices until covered. Inside the bird\'s cavity 1/4 of lemon and two garlic cloves, crushed by the flat side of the knife.
In ceramic Pan pour two TBL.SP. of olive oil and put the chicks. Rinse the potatoes, cut in half and put in the pan. Add slices white onions. Vegetables, sprinkled with remnants of spices with boards, can be a bit salted with olive oil.
In heated to 250C place roast and bake oven at 180C 1 Ĺ hours. Ready chicken sprinkled with fresh Greens and apply to the table.
