1 chicken boneless and flaked, 45 gr• margarine, 5 tbsp olive oil, 1 1 / 2 chopped onion, 4 or 5 strips roasted poblano chillies, 300 gr• green beans, 1 can of sweet corn, 1 red pepper, 225 gr• cream.
Cook the chicken in 2 ltr of water, salt and 6 garlic cloves, because you need the stock, for prepare the green rice. Flake the chicken.
