a simple way to eat a fresh fish.
Ingredients

1 porgy fish
salt
pepper
thyme
Method
Wash the fish well,remove the scales and make a split with a sharp knife, to the both sides of the fish.You can fill these splits, with salt, pepper and thyme. In this way the fish will absorb in its inner flesh these herbs and it will be more tasty.
The best way to cook this fish is in deviled grill for about 20 minutes(10 minutes its side). Add an olive oil dress and decorate with a handful of parsley.
