Pork meat with pasta(Greek giouvetsi)

Ingredients
4 serves
1kgr pork meat(leg or other)
300 grms of \"riso\" pasta
1 onion(peeled and chopped in a blender)
4 spoons of fresh tomato sauce
2 tea spoons salt
1/4 tea spoon pepper
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
3 seeds of pimento
1 tspoon sugar
1 glass of white dry wine

Method
Cut the meat in pieces with a cube shape.Throw the fat part of meat( we need a tasty but low in fats dish). \"Riso\" pasta is a kind of pasta that looks like a rice.
Lay the meat and the chopped onion in a frying pan, with the olive oil and the sugar, and let them cooked for 5 minutes in medium temperature.Add the tomato sauce the herbs, the salt, and mix them all together, using a woody spoon. When the liquids being absorbed, add a glass of wine, and 2 glasses of hot water.Let the food be cooked for 20 minutes till the sauce of the food be creamy and dense.Set aside the pan and add the pasta in a roasting pan. Now add the meat with its sauce ,in the roasting pan and mix well. Set the roasting pan into the oven(must be preheated) and add 2-3 glasses of hot water. Its very important to add the double water portion, of the portion of pasta you have added(1 cup of pasta-2 cups water). Bake the food for 30 minutes in a slow fire. The food is ready when the pasta has absorb all the liquids.when you serve the dish you can add grinds of a \"strong\"dry cheese like parmesan or Greek metzethra.
