Ingredients
One aluimium mouse ring
1/4 Pt North Atlantic cooked and peeled Prawns
3 slices of smoke salmon
3 tps mayo
1 tps horseradish
juice of 1/2 small lemon
2 slices of lemon
mixes leaves for decore
sprig of dill
1 slice of brown bread and butter
Method
Get the mouse ring put in centre of the plate.
To start put the sliced smoke salmon at the bottom of the ring so it covers the bottom then put the prawn in next only half way up the ring, then put salmon again so you cant see the prawns, and then put the rest of the prawn on top of the salmon put then level with the top of the ring.
Now the topping.
Mix the mayo with the horseradish, add the lemon juice and taste.
Now you you have your topping spoon it on top of the prawns, place the sliced lemon on top over lapping each other then place the dill on top.
Now butter of bread and cut in half corner to corner
Place a small hand full of mixed leave at the top of your plate.
Now you can remove the mouse ring.
Well done now you have your Prawn and salmon tier.
