Quiche with ham, chanterelles and cherry tomatoes

Soft, aromatic and tempting quiche. Unfortunatelly, I never set an exact ammount of ingredients, as I feel everyone can put as much as he/she wants. This is just my philosophy.

Ingredients
For the crust:
flour
salt
butter
egg yolk
milk/water

Feeling:
200g cherry tomatoes
chanterelles and ham slices as many as you like
handful of halves of black olives
3-4 eggs
milk and cream
mozaarella cheese, grated
some parmesan would be nice too
salt, pepper, oregano

Method
Prepare crust for quiche. In a mixing bowl, mix together flour and salt. Cut in cold butter with a pastry blender until coarse crumbs form. Add milk/water until dough holds together and forms a ball. Wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
On a lightly floured surface with a floured rolling pin, roll out dough into a circle. Fit dough into a plate or quiche pan. Trim edges, leaving a little overhang.
In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper and oregano. Place ham, chanterelles and cherry tomatoes over the crust. Pour egg mixture. into the baked crust. Crumble ham over the top with the grated cheeses. Bake at 225C for about 20-30 minutes, or until quiche filling is set and top is lightly browned.

You can pre-bake a crust in the oven for about 10mins, before pouring the feeling.
