20 shrimps(peeled and clean)
2 table sp sesame oil
1 1/2 tea sp honey
1 table sp cognac
10-15 grms sesame seeds
a handful of parsley(decoration)
Peel the shrimps and clean them well. With a knife, tear their back(upper side) and throw their intestine(its full of sand).
In a frying pan heat the oil and add the honey. Set the fire in low mode.
Add the shrimps and cook for about 3-5 minutes.
Add the cognac and the sesame seeds.
Cook another 3 minutes and in the end add pepper and parsley for decoration.
PS: Dont overcook the shrimps cause when we do this their flesh taste and feels like a rubber
