2 Tins of Italian Plum Tomatoes
125g of Cheddar (Mature)
100g of Lancashire
1. Heat up the tomatoes and their juices in a saucepan.
2. Add in the eggs and stir.
3. Grate in the cheeses and stir.
4 Stir until everything is mixed in.
4. Pour into bowls and serve with crusty bread and butter.
