Quick spaghetti with smoked salmon

2 cloves garlic
4 mushrooms chopped in pieces
2 slices of smoked salmon (cut the slices in tiny pieces)
1 tea sp dry basil
1 tea sp red sweet pepper
1/2 tea sp salt
a handful parsley
3 td sp extra virgin olive oil
Boil the spaghetti in salted water for 9 minutes and drain.
Chop the garlic and the mushrooms and place them into a pan with olive oil.
In the same pan add basil and red pepper and fry them all together (medium temperature) for 4-5 minutes.
Add the pasta you have already drained, in the pan and mix them well for 3 minutes,while the pan is on the fire.
Your pasta is now ready and you can add the slices of smoked salmon.At the end decorate with parsley.
