Very important! Wash quinoa before cooking it! Wash quinoa several times until water comes clear. It'd be useful to use a colander ;)
2-Cooking quinoa (15'-20'):
In a pan add 2 cups of water and 1 cup of quinoa (that's the proportion). Keep pan cover until water boils and then uncover it, let quinoa absorbs all the water. When there is no more water, turn off heat and let pan covered for about 20'. Then let it get cold so you can manipulate it.
3-Preparing hamburgers (10'):
In a bowl mix cooked quinoa, salt, parsley and olive oil. Start adding flour until it gets manipulable to prepare hamburgers.
4-Cooking hamburguers (15'):
In hot oven put the hamburgers and let them cook until they're ready!
