This is wonderful hot or cold, flavours infuse the longer it marinates.
Pre heat oven 180oc
250g Pasta Twist Tri Colour
2 x Medium Salmon Fillets
Splash of Lime Juice
Spray Olive Oil
2 x Red chillies
Splash of white wine vingar
1 tablespoon of clear honey
Score salmon and add splash of lime and then grate peppercorns over it, leave for 2 hours minmum, wrapped in foil.
Can be cooked straight away, however flavours won\'t develop
place in oven for 30minutes to 45minutes or until cooked and flaking away
Boil pasta according to the packet, drain.
Add Finely chopped chillies, Garlic, White wine veingar, honey, corriander and add to the pasta.
Serve with the Salmon and add the parsley and basil
