my wife find that beautifull vedggie to the farmer...and i cook alla carrbonara...and that\'s it...a great and health dish...
400 g pasta: spaghetti or linguine
a good handfull of ramsons
200 g pancetta, finely sliced
4 eggs yolk
250 g double cream
salt and pepper
extravirgin oliva oil
Boiled pasta al dente.
In electric mixer add ramsons, eggs yolk and double cream. Mix all together then take out and add parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
Heat a pan with little oliva oil and add pacentta. Cook for a few moment then add pasta. Keep cooking for a short time then add the mixed cream. Cook aboute 1 minutes then take out and done.
Serve with more parmesan cheese and sprinkle with extravirgin oliva oil.
