This juice is a good antioxidant and help prevent uninary infections. Try it.
Ingredients
150g grapefruit
50g kiwi fruit
175g pineapple
50g frozen raspberries
50g frozen cranberries
Method
Juice the grapefruit, kiwi and pineapple. Whizz in a blender with the frozen berries. Decorate with raspberries, if liked.

Thanks for your question, the best thing is to drink as soon as you make it. Its always the best. Otherwise it will lose the vitamins.
