For your pastry, cream together butter with caster sugar, add eggs one by one, plain flour and then lemon skin. Bake the pastry at 190'C for aboute 30 minutes.
Make jam: heat a pan, add 3 tbsp of sugar, 50 ml water and then add 1 cup of raspberry. Still cooking for few minutes and you get a jam. Let to be cold and then add on to pastry. Add remainder raspberry on tart.
Mixt the whipcream, 2 tsp caster sugar, vanila seeds and lemon juice.
On the top add the mixt result and decorated with chocolate.
