Ravioli tricolore

this is amazing recipe for ravioli pasta, you find three different taste of pepper combinated with cow cheese and basil...it\'s little more in time to make, but in finaly you will be satisfied... nice for a romanitc dinner...

Ingredients
Ravioli:
200 g flour
4 eggs yolk

For ravioli mixture:
200 g cow cheese
3 tsp cream
a few basil leaf, finely chopped
salt

For sauce:
1 red pepper, finely chopped
1 green pepper, finely chopped
1 yellow pepper, finely chopped
a good handful of rocket salad
3 spring onion
a few cloves of garlic, finely chopped
1 chili
salt & pepper
extravirgin oliva oil
parmesan cheese

Method
For ravioli pasta follow the Jamie recipe:

Mixed cow cheese with cream and add some basil leaf, finely chopped then add to ravioli. Boilet in hot water with salt.
For red sauce, Heat the saucepan with oliva oil and add white side from onion (finely chopped), chili and red pepper, finely chopped. Season with salt and pepper. Fried a few minutes and put composition on food processor, mixed, then take out.
For yellow sauce heat saucepan with oliva oil, garlic finely chopped and yellow pepper finely chopped. Season with saslt and pepper. Repet with food processor, then take out.
For green sauce, heat a saucepan with oliva oil, from onion just green side (leaf) and green pepper. Season with salt and pepper. Mixed in food processor and take out.
In finaly heat saucepan with oliva oil, 3 cloves of garlic finely chopped and add a good handful of rocket salad. Cook aboute 1 minutes and take out.
Well arranget ravioli paste, add red, yellow, green pepper sauce, rocket salad and parmesan cheese. Sprinkle with extravirgin oliva oil and serve.
