Ready to go Garlic, Oregano, Chili and Olive Oil Aioli

Ingredients
12 cloves of garlic

1 cup of fresh oregano

1 cup olive oil

1 hot chili

Method
Place above ingredients in food process and blend for about 20 seconds
Place in a jar and store in refridgerator for endless uses
l find it handy when l cook the following dishes
For pizza bases - Mix a good dollop of paste with tomate puree
Add to salad (potatoe, garden etc) as a dressing
Add to stir fries for that extra flavour
Brush onto chunky sliced ciabatta before toasting - such as bruchettas
