Add beans in pot with water for boilet. When is start first time to boilet i change the water. Transfer the beans in another pot with hot vedggies, add 2 bay leaves, cover with a lid and let to cook until beans is boilet.
Add carrots, parsley, pancetta finely sliced and thyme.
Heat a pan with oliva oil and add onion and garlic. Cook untill is brown then add red pepper finely chopped and chilli if you want. Keep cooking a few minutes then add to the beans. Season with salt and pepper.
For dumpling mixed eggs with flour. You must to have a soft pasta, then cut with a tbsp direct in to the pot and let to cook a few minutes.
Serve with a tbsp of cream.
