Very light and healthy bulgarian recipe
Ingredients
One red cabbage
one chiken
salt pepper oil
tomato pure\'
Method
Wash and cut in small pieces a red cabbage.Put salt on it an press it a little with your hands to make it softer.Then put it in an oven dish and sprinkle with pepper and olive oil.Mix a little tomato pure\' with warm water and add it on the cabbage. Cut the chicken in portions and put it on the cabbage.Cook in preheated oven at about 180 degrees until ready.The time depending on your oven and chiken size.

How marinating the chicken beforehand as this will make the meat more tender. You could marinate it with orange zest and juice and thyme.
