Refreshing salad greek style

I havenīt added the amounts of all the ingredients as it depends on your personal taste. Itīs the combination of these ingredients that I like so much. Cooling the prepared salad in the fridge for a while before eating makes it the perfect dish, served as a main or side, when itīs boiling hot outside. I have added salt to the list of ingredients although I never need it because the feta cheese contains enough salt to season the salad.

Ingredients
onions, cut in halves and then in slices
tomatoes, chopped
kidney beans (tin, washed)
cucumber, chopped
feta cheese, cut in cubes
pepper
olive oil extra vergine
(opt• salt)

Method
Put all the ingredients apart from pepper and olive oil in a salad bowl and mix carefully.

Season with pepper and olive oil, if not salty enough, add some salt or more feta cheese.
