  • 2 liters, 8 cups whole milk 3,25%
  • 500 ml, 2 cups buttermilk
  • 250 ml, 1 cup 15% or 35% cream
  • Salt
Put all ingredients in a big ot. Bring temperature up to 85 °C (185 °F). Once you reach that temp, try and keep it for 30 minutes

DO NOT LET IT BOIL.

Now all you have to do is drain the cheese through a cheesecloth and Voila! Add a bit of salt to taste.

Just amazing! Tastes so much better than store bought!

Method


Put all ingredients in a big ot. Bring temperature up to 85 °C (185 °F). Once you reach that temp, try and keep it for 30 minutes

DO NOT LET IT BOIL.

Now all you have to do is drain the cheese through a cheesecloth and Voila! Add a bit of salt to taste.
