Once you`ve had the onion and the garlic cook, add the mushrooms and the rice and let it cook for a short while, then add the water in which you cooked the mushrooms and let it cook, still on low heat and stir it reguarly for 20-30 minutes. If the water evaporuates add new water until the rice is nice and soft.
Then add the cream and ass much parmesan as you want and you should be ready to go!
