  • 250g Risotto rice
  • 1/2 a teaspoon of safran
  • 30g Dried Mushrooms
  • Parmesan cheese
  • 50g Bacon cubes
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 3 Tablespoons of cream
Put the dried mushrooms into a pan with water and let them cook on low temperature for 30 minutes. Then take them out, but make sure to keep the water. While the Mushrooms are cooking, cut up the onion and the garlic clove and start frying them with the bacon cubes.
Once you`ve had the onion and the garlic cook, add the mushrooms and the rice and let it cook for a short while, then add the water in which you cooked the mushrooms and let it cook, still on low heat and stir it reguarly for 20-30 minutes. If the water evaporuates add new water until the rice is nice and soft.
Then add the cream and ass much parmesan as you want and you should be ready to go!
