Risotto with pumpkin,ginger and chilly

350 gr riso arborio
sweet yellow pumpkin about 300gr
One day I decided to try out something different and voila'! My friends and family love it.
Put oil in a pan and as soon as it is warm add rosmary and marjorane very finely chopped and one (or more if you are corageous enough) chilly.Let the oil take their flavour without burning and then add the diced pumpkin.Let it cook for a while until it starts to get tender.Then add the rice (it is important tobe the qualiti for risotto) and let it absorb the flavour of the herbs and pumpkin.Little by little cook the rice adding the liquid from the stock and at some point add enough grated ginger.When the rice is cooked (generally it takes 20 minutes) outside the hit,add a piece of butter and grated parmisan cheese. Turn and serve.:wave:
