2 cod fillets
1 tin cherry tomatoes in juice
1 garlic glove
1 green pepper
1 ball mozarella
Place the cod fillets in an oven proof dish.
Chop up a green pepper and a clove of garlic and add to the dish with the cod.
Dice a small length of chorizo and add that to the dish.
Evenly pour over the tin of cherry tomatoes, and cover the ingredients in the dish.
Dice a ball of mozzarella into small pieces and add to the top of the fish dish.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Bake at 220 degrees for 30 mins.
