Roast lamb with potatoes(Greek traditional dish)

Ingredients
6 serves
2 kgrs of lamb
2 kgrs potatoes
3 t sp salt
1 t sp pepper
2 t sp mustard powder
2 t sp red pepper(not hot)
1 t sp oregano
1 t sp thyme
juice of one lemon
1/4 glass olive oil

Method
Put the lamb and the potatoes in a wide roasting pan.
In a deep plate mix all the herbs above. This mixture you must place it on the meat and the potatoes, but first you have to add lemon juice, oil and 2 glasses of water. Then its time to place the mixture.Add it like caressing the meat and the potatoes.
Cook the meat, for the first 10 minutes in high temperature (you may preheat the oven).
Then continue baking for 1 hour, in medium temperature(190+ c).
