A fine pork fillet
5 big leaves of vine
200 grms got cheese
1 red ,but not hot, pepper
Ask from your butcher to spread the fillet.Place the vine leaves and the fillet above them.You can spread the mustard with a knife in the outer surface of the fillet. This will turn our pork meat into spicy.Add cheese ,pepper and mushrooms(cut them first) and try to wrap around the fillet with the leaves. After you have wrapped it with the vine , try to wrapped it in this special paper that we use it, to cook in the oven and then wrapped it in a foil. Place it in a pan an d cook it in an oven for about 1 hour or more in 190o C.
Serve it with potatoes and mushrooms.
