Cut squash into rounds, roast, then sear in pan
Ingredients
Acorn Squash
Olive Oil
Butter
Salt+Pepper
Sage
Method
Slice an acorn squash into rounds, retaining skin. Drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper and lay out on cookie sheet to roast at 400 F for 25 min until soft.
Then brown each round in a pan with sage, olive oil and butter for a few minutes. Serve!
