Salt & Pepper
Sprinkle salt and pepper all over the roast and rub it on well. Thinly slice your garlic and with a sharp knife make holes in the meat and fit in the slices of garlic. Lastly add the rosemary all over and rub everything on with olive oil. Roast in oven until the fat is crunchy and golden. Meat falls off the bone, Delicious!
