  • Ingredients
  • 6oz fillet Ahi/Sushi Grade Tuna
  • Pinch of ground cloves
  • Pinch of ground allspice
  • Sesame oil
  • Salad:
  • One cup fresh spinach leaves
  • 2 TB Dried cranberries
  • ½ TB Onion, finely minced
  • 1TB Red or Yellow Pepper, diced
  • 1TB Walnuts (optional)
  • Dressing:
  • ½ tsp Dijon
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp red wine vinegar
  • 2 tsp oil
  • Salt + pepper
Drizzle tuna with sesame oil. Rub cloves and allspice on both sides. Place on sheet pan and place in pre-heated 350º oven for 15-25 minutes depending on desired temperature.

Assemble salad. Mix dressing in small bowl spoon over salad. Can be eaten hot, cold or room temperature.

This simple healthy entree salad is great for lunch or a light supper.
Fifteen minutes is all this recipe takes.

Method


Drizzle tuna with sesame oil. Rub cloves and allspice on both sides. Place on sheet pan and place in pre-heated 350º oven for 15-25 minutes depending on desired temperature.
