Roasted Tuna with Spinach/Cranberry Salad

This simple healthy entree salad is great for lunch or a light supper.
Fifteen minutes is all this recipe takes.
6oz fillet Ahi/Sushi Grade Tuna
Pinch of ground cloves
Pinch of ground allspice
One cup fresh spinach leaves
2 TB Dried cranberries
Ĺ TB Onion, finely minced
1TB Red or Yellow Pepper, diced
1TB Walnuts (optional)
Ĺ tsp Dijon
1 tsp honey
1 tsp red wine vinegar
2 tsp oil
Salt + pepper
Drizzle tuna with sesame oil. Rub cloves and allspice on both sides. Place on sheet pan and place in pre-heated 350ļ oven for 15-25 minutes depending on desired temperature.
Assemble salad. Mix dressing in small bowl spoon over salad. Can be eaten hot, cold or room temperature.
