  • 1 ½ kg pork
  • Head of garlic
  • Bunch of fresh Sage
  • Fresh ginger
  • Two Green Chile
  • Soy sauce 100 g
  • 100 g Honey
  • 150 ml warm water
  • Spices (salt, black pepper, paprika)
Brisket is divided into several equal parts and stow in a deep pan.

Prepare the marinade. Mix the soy sauce, honey and water, add the finely grated ginger, chopped Sage leaves, chilli and garlic, stir well. Pour marinade meat and qualitatively press down it on all sides by the hands in the sauce. Then close the casserole dish with foil and leave for marinade for 1 hour until warm oven up to 200 g.

Put baking tray on hot oven average 2 hours. Remove foil and Grill for 5-7 minutes to get the upper crust. Submit your favorite hot sauce (salsa, mustard, horseradish, adjika), you can sprinkle dish large salt, paprika flavoured and fresh coriander.
