Ingredients
Ingredients for 10 rations:
2,5 liter of water
200 g carotts
100 g celery
150 g onion
500 g potatoes
150 g half boiled haricots
500 g tomatoes sauce
150 g half boiled zucchini
1 liter bortsch or 4-5 g lemon salt
100 ml sunflower oil
salt
1 brace of lovage
sour cream (optional)
2 eggs
Method
*Chop the onion as small as you like;
*Cut the vegetables in small cubes, the carottes give them through scraper;
*Chop the lovage too;
*Put on the fire a pot with water and when it starts to boil add the onion, the carotts and the celery.
*After all it\'s boiled you can add the haricot, the zucchini, because they are half boiled, and also the potatoes. During the boiling you can add the quantity of water that you need (as the pot be about 3/4 full all the time) and salt.
*When the last ones are also cooked you can add the tomatoes sauce and the bortsch (or the lemon salt). You let all to boil more 4-5 minutes and before you turn off the fire add the lovage and the beaten eggs (when you add the eggs you have to agitate the soup with a fork for making rags form the eggs).
*After you turn off the fire cover the pot and let the soup to rest a couple of minutes before you eat. You can serve it with sour cream or as the way it is.
