as a regular runner I often find it hard to eat an after-run snack. But the muscles need it. so I think of stuff that is healthy, but also high-energy, tasty and quick. and for me, it hides the nasty taste of kiwis and mandarins bought in some mind confusion (I don´t like them, but I know ways to make them edible)
Ingredients
2 kiwi fruits
1 satsuma / mandarin
100 g fat free vanilla quark
50 g butter-roasted oatmeal
2 tbsp blackcurrand jam /frozen blackcurrants+ fructose sugar
Method
peel the satsumas / mandarins and kiwis, CUT all the fruit in circles. layer all the ingredients in a glass bowl or big champagne glass in as many thin layers as you can, chill for 10 minutes or prepare beforehand when you are about to go jogging.
