1 CAN of GUINNESS STOUT
1 ROAST of beef ( any cut )
3 - 4 medium onions
2 - 3 carrots
1 clove garlic
Sear meat in a frying pan coated with olive oil.
Make sure to sear all sides of the meat.
Chop veggies into quarters - place aside.
Pour can of 1 CAN of GUINNESS STOUT into crock pot ( slow cooker ) on low setting.
Place roast inside and then add veggies.
Cook for 3 - 4 hours.
Take roast out - let rest aside.
Remove veggies and make gravy in separate pan as normal.
