SUMMER SAUCE

SUMMER SAUCE

Ingredients
2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil

2 tablespoons of yoghurt

6 teaspoons of mild mustard

the zest and the juice of 1 lime (finely chopped, if possible)

2 pinches of spicey red pepper

2 pinches of grounded coriander

1 pinch of dried oregano (bushed up, if possible)

salt and pepper.

Method
there's no any method. Just get yourself a bowl and add yoghurt and the mustard. Then start drizzling the extra virgin olive oil. After that you can add the rest of the ingredients but it's better if you add them one by one and give a stir in between. Instead of spice red pepper (grounded) you can use smoked paprika if you want. The dried oregano is better to be bushed up 'cause you probably don't want to chew a sauce. :p The same stands for the zest of lime. So, you can finely chop it.

After all these, give a really good stir and leave it on the fridge for at least half an hour.

P.S. If anyone wants to make a correction in the ingredients or wants to add something else, please, feel free...
