Salad Dressing by Dawn

Use the amount of vinegar, sugar and oil which suits your taste. Serve over a green salad with spring onion and thinly sliced apples, for example.

Ingredients
apple cider vinegar
1 smashed garlic clove
1 small yellow onion, peeled and quartered
1 squirt ketchup
1 pinch salt
ground pepper
sugar
olive oil
fresh herbs (thyme, basil...)

Method
Add all ingredients to a glass jar for which you have a top. Close top tighly and shake until all ingredients are thoroughly combined. Allow to sit for at least ten minutes.
Drizzle over salad through a sieve, so that the garlic, onion and herbs don\'t go into salad.
Delicious!
Can also be kept in the fridge for a few days.
