Drain the rice and keep it aside.
Boil the veggies for 10 minutes and drain them.
Cook the salmon fillets in water (1 ½ glass …no more)with lemon juice ,salt and wine. Cook it slowly for 10 minutes and keep it aside to cool. Then using a spoon chop (press every fillet carefully …don't mash it) it in many pieces….
Serve the rice and the veggies in large deep dishes, and mix them with care. The next step is to add the salmon……. In a bowl add yogurt, lemon juice and olive oil, and salt, and pepper, and make a blend.
Once you add the salmon, add a small portion of the blend of the yogurt and mix again…Add parsley and your dish is ready…..So easy…Enjoy!!
