Dip your spring roll wrap in warm/hot water for a couple of seconds, and put on a plate to add your ingredients. Add your fish, carrots, pepper & sprouts, and finish with a healthy handful of cilantro. Roll your wrapper up like a burrito. That's it!!!!
We like to dip ours in soy sauce or sweet chili sauce. With extra time, make your own sweet chili sauce, recipes abound on line.
