Salmon and leek savoury cake

Serve warm with a salad
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 bunch chives
1 packet yeast
100g ricotta or cottage cheese curd well drained
200g cubed smoked salmon
Salt and freshly ground pepper
Heat the oven to 180 į C.
Wash the leek and cut it into thin slices.
In a heated skillet with a drop of olive oil, allow them to melt for about ten minutes, stirring often. Salt lightly.
Rinse, dry and chop chives.
Sift together flour and baking powder in a bowl.
In another bowl, beat eggs and add them ricotta or cottage cheese.
Stir well. Then add the chives, leeks and diced salmon. Freshly ground pepper and mix well.
Depending as always on the oven...cook for 45 mins
